Will the Minister of PRIME MINISTER be pleased to state:-
(a) whether Government proposes “compulsorily retirement” to Government employees who are inactive or have charges of corruption;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether it is also a fact that such retirements are also going to rule for the persons who are above 50 years of age; and
(d) the details of benefits and other allowances to be given to such persons thereof?

(a) & (b): The provisions under Fundamental Rules (FR) 56(j), Rule 48 of Central Civil Services (CCS) (Pension) Rules, 1972 and Rule 16(3) (Amended) of All India Services (Death-cum-Retirement Benefits) [AIS (DCRB)] Rules, 1958, have laid down the policy of periodic review and premature retirement of Government servants, which is a continuous process.
(c): Yes, Sir.
(d): The same retirement benefits are admissible to these persons as are applicable to officers upon retirement on normal age of superannuation.

Suppose, if an employee is hard worker and sincere, but the employer does not like him for any personal reason and during the review, the employer declare concerned employee as unfit or inactive. In that case, what will be the justice??
humble request to prime minister Narendra Modi ji, under your governance so many shocking policy is being released.,
one of which is retirement age decreases or lower to 60 to 55.,
it will lead so many trouble to unsettled family of railway employees.,
if your governance want to follow this rules strictly,,, please give some options or benefits to employees family by giving job opportunity for one of his family members who have completed graduation or higher studies…
it will be so helpful to their families as well as government productivity also get increase…
still so many railway employees family is suffering because of financial crises.
